Clinpharma Consulting Global Group LLC is looking for a part-time Human Resources & Management Specialist in our Princeton office, New Jersey. The candidate will work the following duties under the supervision of HR Manager and Manager of operations:
Assist Vice President/Operations Manager/HR Manager with HR administration and compliance with human recourse policies, procedures and programs; maintain Human Recourses Information Systems (HRIS), create, modify and distribute ad hoc HRIS reports, prepare analysis and materials for audits, benefits renewals, and labor relationship discussions to ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Under supervision of HR Manager, administer and maintain company employee’s benefits programs, including plan set up, communication and open enrollment, review and process monthly benefits bills, reconcile with human resources and payroll records. Assist HR Manager and VP with supporting efforts related to staffing, recruiting, performance review, training and promoting, etc. Assist HR Manager in preparing, processing, reviewing, analyzing employee personnel transactions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and rules concerning assignments, promotions, transfers, separations and other actions.
Assist Vice President/HR Manager with developing job descriptions, job specifications, organization charts and other materials to describe positions and duties performed by employees; determine appropriate classifications for individual positions, and serve as a liaison between vendors and employees with work guidance related to the administration, communication, management and planning of the company’s staffing and consulting services projects.
Apply the principles of human resources management, policies and procedures to help Manager of Operations and HR Manager to identify performance measures and HR strategy, assist Vice President /Operations Manager/Project Manager in project pricing, business operating and management more efficiently and effectively.
The candidate must have at least a bachelor’s degree or equiv in Human Resources Management, Public Relations, Business or related field, solid knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and personnel information systems. Knowledge of business and management principles in strategic planning, resources allocation, human resources strategy, coordination of people and recourses as well as ability to use software involved in human resources management.
